ARO 637081 Lower End Repair Kit

Use ARO 637081 to service the fluid end of a 612041-3 or 612042-1 pump. Product data lists it as a service kit with no breakdown of components or materials. The lower end does the actual pumping, so wear here shows up as lost flow long before the air motor gives trouble.

Two lower end kits share these pumps in our records. This one is 637081; the other is 637083. Because the data does not explain the split, pull up the parts list for your exact pump, find the lower end callout, and order the number shown there. For the motor side, the 637084 air section kit is listed for both pumps.

When to Use This Kit

• The pump strokes but delivers little or no oil from the drum.
• Product drips from the lower pump tube between uses.
• The pump will not hold prime after sitting overnight.
