WHERE TO BUY?
ARO 637140-22 is listed as a kit assembly for the fluid side of two ARO double diaphragm pumps. Nitrile is given as the material for both the diaphragms and the balls, making this the all-Nitrile member of the 637140 kit group.
Nitrile, also known as Buna-N, is a synthetic rubber. Here it makes up the moving seal parts: diaphragms that push fluid in and out of the chambers, and balls that check against the seats. The full contents of this variant are not detailed in our data, so review the technical data sheet for the item list.
Common Reasons to Install It
- The air exhaust spits fluid, showing a breach in a diaphragm.
- Discharge pressure feels weak or flow varies stroke to stroke.
- Routine maintenance on a Nitrile-fitted pump is due.
