WHERE TO BUY?
Sized for a 1/2" air-operated diaphragm pump, the ARO 637140-4B repair kit covers the fluid section. The diaphragm is Santoprene and the balls are Teflon/PTFE. The spec notes say the kit includes an O-ring, diaphragm, ball and grease packaging.
On a small 1/2" pump, a failed diaphragm or a ball that will not seat has an outsized effect on flow. This kit lets you replace the flexing member and the check balls in one job, with a new O-ring and grease for the reassembly.
When to Use This Kit
- The 66605J-34B keeps cycling but little or no fluid reaches the outlet.
- A wet exhaust tells you fluid has crossed into the air side.
- The old O-ring is flattened or nicked after the fluid caps come off.
