ARO 637161-EB-C Pump Service Kit, Santoprene Diaphragm and Balls
All-Santoprene service kit for the 1 in. non-metallic 6661AP, 6661AS and 6661AL -3EB-C pumps
ARO 637161-EB-C uses Santoprene for both the diaphragm and the balls. It is listed for three 1 in. non-metallic 6661A pumps ending in -3EB-C.
ARO 637161-EB-C restores the fluid-moving parts of 1 in. non-metallic 6661A pumps. Its diaphragm and its check balls are both Santoprene, a thermoplastic elastomer. The EB-C ending of the kit code mirrors the end of each pump model it serves, which makes cross-checking quick.
When the diaphragm or balls wear, the pump keeps cycling but pushes less fluid each stroke. Contents are not itemized on this page, so the parts manual for your pump is the place to see what the kit covers.
When to Use This Kit
- Flow pulses unevenly or fades during a run.
- You find product traces in the muffler or exhaust port.
- Ball checks chatter or leak back, so the pump cannot hold suction.
