ARO 637303-TT PTFE Diaphragm Pump Repair Kit

The ARO 637303-TT is the PTFE member of the 637303 repair kit family. Its diaphragm material is PTFE/Santoprene and its check balls are Teflon/PTFE, so it belongs on pumps built with PTFE wetted elastomers. In every pump shown below, TT in the last block of the model code matches the kit suffix.

A diaphragm separates the air side of the pump from the fluid side. The balls lift off and drop back onto their seats to keep fluid moving one way. Both take wear on every stroke, which is why they are renewed together.

When to Use This Kit

• Product shows up at the air exhaust, a sign that a diaphragm has torn.
• The pump strokes normally but delivers less fluid than it used to.
• It struggles to self-prime or loses prime between cycles.
