The ARO 637391-TT is a repair kit for the wetted side of ARO PD15P double diaphragm pumps. This TT variant puts PTFE on both wear items: the diaphragms are PTFE/Santoprene and the check balls are Teflon/PTFE.
Diaphragms flex on every stroke, and the balls lift and reseat thousands of times per shift, so both wear out over time. Swapping them in one job restores the barrier between air and fluid and brings back a tight check action at the inlet and outlet. The pump Operators Manual covers teardown and reassembly.
