ARO 637391-VV Fluid Section Service Kit, Viton, 1-1/2 in.
All-Viton fluid section service kit (Viton diaphragms and balls) for 1 1/2 in. ARO PD15P diaphragm pumps
SKU:637391-VV
$1115.73
Viton diaphragms and Viton balls set the ARO 637391-VV apart. The kit services the fluid section of 1 1/2 in. ARO pumps such as PD15P-YPS-PVV.
WHERE TO BUY?
Both the diaphragms and the balls in ARO 637391-VV are Viton, which makes this a single-elastomer fluid section kit for 1 1/2" ARO diaphragm pumps. The spec notes list a diaphragm, ball, O-ring, U-cup, gasket and grease package.
In the fluid section, the diaphragms flex to fill and empty each chamber while the balls act as check valves at the inlet and outlet. Because the diaphragms and balls share one elastomer, replacing them as a set keeps the two matched.
Signs Your Fluid Section Needs Work
- Product shows up in the muffler or exhaust air.
- Balls seat poorly and the pump loses prime between strokes.
- Output has fallen and the pump cycles faster at the same air pressure.
