ARO 637427-VV Viton Diaphragm Pump Repair Kit
Repair kit with a Viton diaphragm and Viton balls for ARO PD05P, PD05R and PD05A pumps ending in VV-B
Viton diaphragm and balls in one repair kit for ARO PD05 double diaphragm pumps, covering PD05P, PD05R and PD05A models.
Kit 637427-VV is the Viton option in the ARO 637427 repair kit line, with Viton used for the diaphragm and for the balls. It services ARO PD05 double diaphragm pumps whose model codes end in VV-B, across the PD05P, PD05R and PD05A prefixes.
Not sure which elastomer your pump has? The last letters of its model code tell you, and here they read VV. Viton is a fluoroelastomer, so do not swap in a kit of another material without checking the pump spec.
Diaphragms flex on every stroke, and the balls seat and unseat to keep fluid moving one way. Both wear with use, so renewing them together restores suction and steady delivery.
Signs Your PD05 Pump Needs This Kit
- Product is leaking out of the muffler or air exhaust.
- Output falls off even though the air supply has not changed.
- The pump chatters or stalls because the balls no longer seal cleanly.
