The ARO 637440-1 replaces a pump's standard porting with split porting. ARO's notes list three components: a dual inlet manifold, a dual outlet manifold and an O-ring package. With dual manifolds, each side of the pump gets its own inlet and outlet connection instead of sharing a single port.
Split porting is generally used to move two separate fluids with one pump, to blend two streams, or to send discharge to two destinations. The included O-rings seal the manifold connections during installation.
