ARO 637441-AA EXP Fluid Section Service Kit (PH30F)
EXP Series fluid section kit with diaphragm, ball, U-cup, O-ring, gasket, cushion and grease package
ARO 637441-AA is an EXP Series fluid section service kit. It includes a diaphragm, ball, U-cup, O-ring, gasket, cushion and a grease package.
The ARO 637441-AA kit services the fluid section of EXP Series pumps from ARO (Ingersoll Rand). Its product notes list the contents: a grease package, gasket, U-cup, O-ring, cushion, ball and diaphragm. The original title also references PH30F.
Diaphragms and balls take the most wear because they flex and seat on every stroke, while the gasket, U-cup and O-ring keep the section sealed. The grease package is there for reassembly. Materials for the -AA version are not stated in the record.
When to Use This Kit
- Product shows up at the air exhaust after a diaphragm failure.
- Output falls off because the ball no longer seats cleanly.
- Seals weep at the fluid section joints during operation.
