1 in. metallic EXP Series diaphragm pump using Santoprene diaphragms, balls and seats. It delivers up to 52.2 gpm at 120 psi max.
The ARO PD10A-AAP-AAA is a 1 in. metallic air-operated double diaphragm pump from the EXP Series (PX10X family). Santoprene is used for the diaphragms, balls and seats, and the hardware is plated steel. It has 1 in. NPTF fluid ports and a 1/4 in. NPT air inlet.
The pump works at a 1:1 ratio, so fluid pressure follows air pressure from 20 to 120 psi. Under flooded-inlet conditions it delivers up to 52.2 gpm (197.6 lpm). It passes solids to 1/8 in., is rated to 225°F (107°C), and measures 80.6 dB(A).
The air section and the fluid section are serviced separately on this pump. Its parts list includes a kit for each, plus spools, an actuator pin and an end plate for the air valve. Optional kits add cycle counting and diaphragm failure detection.
