A 1 in polypropylene EXP diaphragm pump with NPTF threaded ports, Buna-N (nitrile) diaphragms and balls, and flow up to 53 gpm at 120 psi.
ARO's PD10P-APS-PGG belongs to the EXP (Expert) family of 1 in non-metallic double diaphragm pumps driven by compressed air. Polypropylene forms the center section and the fluid path, and stainless steel bolts hold the assembly together. Diaphragms are Buna-N (nitrile), the check balls are nitrile too, and they seat on polypropylene. Plumbing is simple: both ports are 1 in NPTF female threads.
Run at its 120 psi (8.3 bar) air limit, the PGG version reaches 53.0 gpm (200.6 lpm). It handles suspended solids up to 1/8 in and is rated at 79.7 dB(A).
