Polypropylene EXP Series air-operated diaphragm pump with 1 in ANSI/DIN hybrid side flanges and Hytrel diaphragms and balls, rated to 53 gpm.
The ARO PD10P-FPS-PCC is a 1 in air-operated double diaphragm pump from the EXP (Expert) Series. The center section and wetted housing parts are polypropylene, and the housing is clamped with stainless steel hardware. Inside, Hytrel diaphragms push the fluid while Hytrel balls close against polypropylene seats on each stroke. Suction and discharge are 1 in ANSI/DIN hybrid side flange connections rather than threaded ports.
On 120 psi (8.3 bar) of supply air the pump delivers up to 53.0 gpm (200.6 lpm) and lets particles up to 1/8 in pass through the check valves. Measured noise is 79.7 dB(A).
