The ARO PD10P-FPS-PGG swaps threaded ports for 1 in ANSI/DIN hybrid side flange connections. That lets it bolt into flanged pipework built to either standard. Its elastomers are Nitrile, also called Buna-N, in the diaphragms as well as the check balls. Polypropylene makes up the center section, wetted parts and seats, and the hardware is stainless steel.
Expect up to 53.0 gpm (200.6 lpm) of flow at a maximum fluid pressure of 120 psi (8.3 bar). Solids up to 1/8 in will pass.
Side flange ports place the suction and discharge connections on the sides of the manifolds. Nitrile is a common elastomer for petroleum-based fluids such as oils. Because diaphragms flex on every stroke, they wear over time, and a spare service kit shortens downtime when one finally fails. Installation steps are in the Operators Manual supplied for this model.
